“Disney Genie+ ushers in the next generation of theme park touring.”
Disney’s travel app, “My Disney Experience®,” will become the access point to Disney’s “Genie” services. From the convenience of your smart phone you’ll find the most current attractions offered in real time on the day of your visit. Guests will be able to see attraction wait times, as well as what’s happening in the parks, like parades, shows, dining options, etc., much like the current system used today. The Disney Genie service will offer an added layer of assistance with new park planning “optimization” features. Guests will select the attractions they wish to experience during their day and the Disney Genie will recommend an order to visit those attractions, with schedule updates throughout the day based on crowds and trends, to speed up and simplify your attraction decision making. The Disney Genie is complimentary and does not include Lightning Lane access.
Take your park planning to the next level and race through the lanes at the speed of light with the upgrade to the new Disney Genie+ Service.
