How much does it cost to work with Happily Ever After Travel?
Nothing. We charge zero, zip, zilch, nada. We are paid a small commission by our vendors and we are happy with the commission we receive. There is no charge to you when booking a cruise, Disney vacation package, all inclusive package, land tour, hotel, you name it, and we always work to get you the best pricing possible.

Can I still use that if I book with you? Yes! Any offer you can book with Disney directly, you can book with us and get free itinerary planning, too.
I have a Disney Visa and would like to take advantage of the Reward dollars I’ve earned and get 6 months no interest financing on my Disney vacation. Will I still be able to enjoy my Disney Visa from Chase benefits if booking with Happily Ever After Travel?
Yes! You can use your Reward dollars or Disney gift cards to pay for your vacation. When you use your Disney Visa from Chase to pay for your vacation you will earn the same rewards and get the same 6 months zero interest financing as you would if you booked through the Walt Disney Travel Company. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions of your card account. The Disney Visa from Chase benefits are also able to be applied to Disney Cruise Line bookings, including $50 on board credit* when you pay your balance in full with your Disney Visa, 6 months no interest financing and the ability to earn Reward Dollars on your purchases when paying with your Disney Rewards Visa. * On Board Credit offer from Chase is not combinable with any other offer, promotion or discount.
Can I make payments to my account online or call Disney to make changes to my package if I book with Happily Ever After Travel?
No, when you book with Happily Ever After Travel we are the ones to process your payments and make changes to your account. You will work directly with your Story Writer and no longer call the Walt Disney Travel Company to make payments or changes. We keep your information secure and can use your card you keep on file to make payments to your account, making payments as easy as sending your Story Writer an email authorizing them to process the amount you designate on the date you ask us to. Check with your Story Writer about having 24/7 online access to your Happily Ever After Travel client portal for payments any time of day or night.
When will my luggage tags and documents arrive?
Disney’s yellow Magical Express Luggage tags are sent to print and be shipped 45 days from departure, providing your flight information and correct mailing address has been provided. This means your tags should arrive anywhere from 30 to 40 days from departure. Otherwise, the yellow luggage tags are mailed when you provide your flight details if less than 45 days from arrival.
For Walt Disney Travel Company packages your documents are sent USPS with a tracking code approximately 2 weeks from departure. Please provide your email to your Story Writer so they may include your email on the shipping tracking notifications. If you have NOT received your package from Happily Ever After Travel at least two weeks from departure please reach out to your Story Writer regarding the estimated time of arrival or to clear up any unfinished planning needs so the package may be sent as quickly as possible.
My family lives in another state and wants to come along with us on vacation. Can they still book their vacation with Happily Ever After Travel?
Yes! Happily Ever After Travel works with clients from across the continental U.S. and Hawaii. We are happy to assist clients in any part of the US with their Disney Destination travel needs. We will help you plan a vacation to come together with no hassle and a fabulous plan to enjoy your time together. Do you offer payment plans?
This is a great question. We are happy to say that when a package is booked with Happily Ever After Travel, as long as the minimum initial deposit is fulfilled when the package is booked, AND there is adequate time from the date of booking until the final payment is due, we are happy to arrange a payment plan.
Walt Disney World and Disneyland Vacation packages are held with a $200 deposit with the balance due 30 days from arrival.
Disney Cruise Line Vacations are held with a 20% deposit with the balance due approximately 90 days from departure.
We also work with all cruise lines, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Norwegian, and the same policy applies, as long as the initial full deposit is met when the package is booked, and the package is booked far enough out from when the full balance is due, we are happy to process payments prior to the final payment deadline to make the final payment easier.
Ask your Story Writer how to receive access, at no cost to you, to your client portal where clients are able to update or add additional payment methods, view their reservation and balance, update and verify address and contact details, passports, and more, giving you 24/7 access to your reservation.
