About Jacqueline
I’ve always believed travel is more than a vacation — it’s how we write the chapters of our lives.
I’m a lifelong Disney fan and a cruise-loving traveler at heart. I’ve spent over 30 years in the travel and airline industry and nearly a decade working with The Walt Disney Company, including time as a Cast Member at Disneyland. Travel has truly been woven into every season of my life.
I grew up in a family that traveled often, and those early memories shaped everything for me. I married a man who loves Disney and travel as much as I do — he even proposed in front of Sleeping Beauty’s Castle (smart man! 😉). Together we’ve raised our children with a love for adventure, pixie dust, and seeing the world.
These days, you’ll most likely find me on a cruise ship — I sail close to six times a year and simply love life at sea. My favorite cruise lines are Disney, Royal Caribbean, and Celebrity, but I really have to say I like them all!! There’s something magical about unpacking once and waking up in a new destination each morning.
While I adore Disney destinations, my love for travel has grown far beyond the parks. From the breathtaking ports of Alaska to the turquoise waters of the Caribbean — Amber Cove in the Dominican Republic, Grand Turk, and the ABC Islands — every itinerary brings something special.
I treasure trips to the mountains of Colorado to see family, exploring Yellowstone and our incredible national parks, and of course visiting both Disneyland and Walt Disney World whenever I can.
Travel connects us. It creates memories that become part of our family stories. Helping others create those moments is not just my career — it’s my joy.
My Favorite Place to Travel:
Honestly? Anywhere on a cruise ship.
I love the rhythm of cruising — ocean views, sea days, incredible dining, and waking up in beautiful ports. Alaska holds a special place in my heart with its glaciers and wildlife. I also love Caribbean ports like Amber Cove, Grand Turk, and the ABC Islands.
And of course, Disney destinations around the world will always feel like home, and hold special memories in my heart.
Best Thing I’ve Ever Eaten on Vacation:
Desserts! Always desserts.
But truly, I love food that surprises me — something new, flavorful, and memorable. Whether it’s fresh seafood in Alaska, island flavors in the Caribbean, or an over-the-top dessert on a cruise ship, I want every bite to be part of the experience.
Best Part about being A Travel Agent:
Watching someone experience a destination for the first time.
Helping families plan trips that become core memories. Seeing grandparents cruise with their grandkids. Sending couples on anniversary sailings. Watching clients return from Alaska speechless.
I don’t just book trips — I help people write their own Happily Ever After.
And that never gets old.
