Every agent at Happily Ever After Travel begins as an Apprentice, where you’ll receive personal mentorship and structured training designed to prepare you for success. You’ll enjoy exclusive access to the College of Disney Knowledge, and Universal U, along with additional self-paced online training to help you build confidence in planning magical vacations for families.
As you grow and complete training, you’ll transition into the role of Story Writer — a travel professional empowered to help guests plan their dream vacations from the comfort of home.

Yes, there is a required onboarding fee. We will review all fees and expectations with you during the application process to ensure everything is clear, transparent, and comfortable before you begin.
How long does training take?
Initial foundational training is typically completed in 1–6 weeks. The full apprenticeship, including mentorship, hands-on learning, and demonstrating readiness, usually spans 9–24 months depending on consistency and engagement.
