About Lauren

My name is Lauren.  I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida.  My husband and I met in Tampa and have been married now for almost 13 years.  He is a photographer and video editor at our Church.  

We have two beautiful children almost 10 and 6.  We have been in south Louisiana for 10 years but are true Floridians at heart.  I love the ocean, palm trees, Florida Gator football, and of course Disney!

Favorite Place to Travel:

As a family we love traveling to Disney World we’ve started adding more and more days to our trip to have resort days to relax and explore Disney beyond the parks. I enjoy all the Disney resorts but if I had to pick favorites it would be Beach Club, but I also love Caribbean Beach.  I also love traveling to the beach, Florida beaches are my favorite, Clearwater and Siesta Key is where I spent most Saturdays.

Best Thing I've Ever Eaten on Vacation:

That’s such a hard question to answer!  I have several.  I loved the Cuban panini that use to be at Gasparilla Island Grill at The Grand Floridian hotel. It just reminds me of home!  For dessert, I’ve fallen in love with the Lemon and Blueberry cupcake also served at Gasparilla Island Grill.  I can almost taste it now.  I also can’t resist chocolate dipped rice crispy Mickey Ears and Dole Whip float.  As a family, we love Chef Mickey for breakfast and for dinner, Boma is our place of choice.

Best Part about being A Travel Agent:

I love working with my clients.  I enjoy each conversation we have whether it is in person or on the phone.  It’s such a joy to work with them, planning the most magical trip and letting them sit back and enjoy the fun part of planning their vacation

My love for Disney has grown more ever since having children and getting to experience it through their eyes and as a family.  I cry almost every trip as I see my son smile so big on a new roller coaster he’s able to ride, or as my daughter gazes into the eyes of the princess, thinking this is the Best Day Ever!  Below are a few links of a few videos my husband made on one of our trips.  Hope you enjoy!
