Hello! My name is Lisa Segarra and I am thrilled to be a Professional Travel Planner! By listening to your wish list for your vacation, I will put together an organized itinerary and handle the details involved in booking the specifics for your next exciting trip! Do you have special needs to consider? Please communicate them to me! I have a passion for working with families with special needs and feel that my background working in special education as well as managing severe food allergies for one of my family members, has placed me in a good position to be sensitive to the special needs that may be involved in your trip planning.

I consider Disney destinations and Universal travel my specialties, although I can assist with planning your other travels as well! Whether you value park time, resort time or a good combination of both, I have so many tips to share when it comes to making your Disney vacation a new and exciting experience every time you go!

The world of traveling opened up to me while accompanying my husband to different military duty stations. Researching every new place that we were moving to and the surrounding areas was like opening a treasure box to me every time. I truly enjoy research, planning and exploring so this career choice has been a true dream come true! I am so grateful that you are considering me as your travel planner and look forward to working with you to plan the most amazing trip that you will have memories of for years to come!

Favorite Place to Travel:

Walt Disney World- I LOVE how every time we visit, it’s different and that every resort has a special theme! We definitely spend time in the parks but also enjoy all of the dining and activities offered, the waterparks and Disney Springs. We’ve also loved riding Sea Racers in Bay Lake, fishing, playing in the pools, using the exercise facilities, riding bikes at the campgrounds, watching Boardwalk and Disney Spring performers and experiencing the many delicious foods offered by Disney just to name a few! Oh the tips I can share!

Castaway Cay (through Disney Cruise Line)-We were awe-struck by the beautiful clear blue water! Playing in the sand, water structure and splash pad, and snorkeling with sting rays were true days of fun! When down time came, there was just nothing like laying in the sun while breathing in the warm ocean air.

The Smokey Mountains- Seeing the tree tops of 7 states from Lookout Mountain while also witnessing beautiful waterfalls and caverns was such wonderful quality time and a brilliant experience for the senses. Add in my first experience with ziplining and playing on the hidden water steps beneath the Tennessee Aquarium and we felt fulfilled as a family!

Best Thing I've Ever Eaten on Vacation:

Tacos De Barbacoa at La Cantina de San Angel in Epcot’s Mexico and the warm mini donuts at Walt Disney World’s Blizzard Beach waterpark. I get to the tacos as quickly as possible and visit them as often as possible. I can’t even begin to tell you how many bags of warm mini donuts our family has eaten.
